How much does the tour package cost?
The Fixed/Ready Made Tour (Sharing Trip) Package costs as published on our website. And the cost for Custom/Tailor Tour Package (Private Tour) depends on number of participant, total tour days and type of trip facilities you select. You’ll get an exact cost once you have a request.
How do we pay the tour?
By Bank Transfer, Wise, Revolut, Western Union or Cash payment at our office. We are sorry for not being able to apply a payment by Credit Card for the time being.
How to reserve/book a tour?

If you’re in Labuan Bajo, you can come and directly visit our office here. We also would like to suggest you to book a tour better far in advanced in order to get many choices of the tour facilities and avoid of being fully-booked. it is specially during high season between June to September and around Christmas and new year holiday season.
What type of tour package do you have?
We have two kind of them such as: Fixed/Ready Made Tour (known as sharing trips) and Tailor/Customized Tour (known as private trips). Ready Made Tour has fixed cost, itinerary & schedule, but Tailor/Custom Tour enables you to modify based on your needs.
What's different between Private and Sharing Tour?
Private Trips are more exclusive because you are going to charter the whole boat only for you as a tour participant. It is also more flexible in term of cost, itinerary and trip schedule.
In Sharing trips, you are going to be with more people with different backgrounds. Sharing Trips also have fixed cost, itinerary and schedule. And you can not change/modify the itinerary as you want. You must follow as it is applies to all tour participants.
What level of the fitness to do Flores and Komodo Tour?
This tour is suitable for adventure lovers. It is not possible for travelers who have issues such as: mobility and backbone problem, heart disease, etc. .
What type of the Boat for Komodo Tour?
We provide the Komodo Boat Tour start from the type of Standard, Superior, Deluxe, and Phinisi Boat. Speedboat is Used for a day tour with a capacity from small size for 2-4 people till the big group for about 40 people.
What type of the Car for Flores Tour?
We use Small Car, Mini Bus and Big Bus such as: Toyota Inova, Avanza, Zusuki APV, Xenia, Hiace, Izusu Elf, Hino, etc. We provide them depending on your request.
Do you provide Self-driving Rental Car?
No, we do not provide self-driving. All the renting car types for Flores Overland Tour packages that we offer should be included with an Experienced Local Driver. This aims to help you overcome some obstacles, such as language gaps, getting lost or even helping you explain a little about the tourist destination you will visit.
Can we book hotels by ourself?
Yes, you can. Please kindly book them via booking.com, Agoda, AirBnB, Expedia, Trivago, etc.
Which months are the best time to visit Flores & Komodo?
The best months are: middle of March till November. It’s also possible to do a trip beyond those mentioned months, but there is still much rain.
How to get to Komodo and around?
Just take a flight either by international flight or domestic one to Komodo Airport, Labuan Bajo or use a ship to Labuan Bajo. From there, you start the trip to explore Komodo and around by boat.
How to get to Flores Island?
You can use international or domestic flight to Labuan Bajo. Or you can also take a domestic flight or ship to Ende/Maumere town. From Labuan Bajo or Ende and Maumere town where you can start exploring Flores Island by car.
