Rinca island the closest spot to see Komodo dragon from Labuan Bajo. The island is the second major island within Komodo National Park after Komodo island.
Rinca has many things to see beside Komodo dragon. You will also find some other wildlifes such as: Wild Buffaloes, Wild Horses, Deer, Long Tail Monkey etc.
It is laso offered spectacular landscape when you do trekking on the island.
Itinerary
2D/1N. Rinca Island Tour
Day 1. Labuan Bajo – Rinca island – Kalong Island (L,D)
- Pick up at hotel or at the airport in Labuan Bajo
- Drop off to the harbor to catch a boat trip
- Leaving for Rinca island
- Trekking at Rinca to find Komodo dragon and other wildlife
- Lunch is served on the boat
- Getting back to the boat to head to Kalong island
- See thousands of Friuts Bats at Kalong while enjoying the beautiful sun set
- Dinner and Overnight on the boat
Day 2. Menjerite Bay – Kelor Island – Bidadari Island – Labuan Bajo (B,L)
- Breakfast on the boat
- Leaving for Menjerite Bay for off-shore snorkeling
- Heading to Kelor island
- Short trekking at Kelor for wonderful panoramic view
- Lunch is served on the boat
- Boating to Bidadari island
- Snorkeling/swimming/relaxing at Bidadari
- Getting back to Labuan Bajo’s harbor
- Drop off to the hotel or airport in Labuan Bajo
