On your 4 days Flores overland tour, you will start the tour from Labuan Bajo, western tip of Flores Island. This is the shortest tour duration to explore the whole highlights of Flores Island.
Note:
- This tour can be started from the East part of Flores Island (Maumere or Ende Town) depend on your flight route.
- You can combine this tour with exploring Komodo National Park, but you need more days to explore Park.
Itinerary
Flores Land Tour 4 days
Day 1. Labuan Bajo -Ruteng (+/- 135 km. with 5 hours drive)
- Pick up at your hotel in Labuan bajo
- Driving to Ruteng and we will stop at some nice places.
- Visit Cancar Village to see the huge rice field which has unique pattern.
- Trekking on the hill near Cancar village and you will see the barrier of the rice field is like a huge spider web.
- Next driving to Ruteng Pu’u Village to see the traditional hous of Manggarain tribe.
- then, drop you off at your hotel in Ruteng.
Day 2. Ruteng – Bajawa (+/- 135km, 5 hours drive)
- Pick you up at your accommodation in Ruteng.
- Drive to Bajawa
- En route we will stop at rana Mese Crater Lake . Enjoy the beautiful atmosphere in the middle of lush forest.
- Then stop in Aimere Village to see the process of making a traditional alcohol drinks called moke/sopi which is processed out of palm juice.
- Heading to Bajawa and check in at your accommodation in Bajawa.
- In the afternoon we will visit So’a Natural Hot Spring For Relaxing.
Day 3. Bajawa – Moni (+/- 170 km, 6 hours drive)
- Pick Up at your hotel
- visit impressive traditional village called Bena Village.
- Then continue driving to Moni
- En route we will stop at Blue Stone Beach
- Then continue driving to Ende Town
- Visit Wologai Traditional Village
- Next Heading to moni Village and check in at you hotel.
Day 4. Moni – maumere (+/- 100 km, around 3 hours driving) or Moni – Ende (+/- 50 KM)
- Pick you up in your hotel early morning around 4.00 AM
- Driving to Kelimutu three color lake.
- Stop at parking area and then trekking to the of Kelimutu
- Enjoying the magical Three colored lake and natural surroundings, as well as enjoying the sunrise
- Then get back to the car parking areaa
- driving back to Moni Village for having a breakfast at your hotel.
- After that, heading to Maumere or Ende Town (depend on your flight route)
- En route we will stop at several interesting spots.
- Drop of at your hotel or at the airport for your next tour destination.
